Creswell Crags Heritage Trust

I am currently working with Creswell Crags Heritage Trust to enhance understanding of their visitor base and what they love about this vital historical site.

This work has involved analysis of quantitative survey data, working with over 750 respondents and bringing together bespoke insights on specific audiences. These have been presented in short-form reports based on target audiences and specific requests from the Trust.

From dog-walkers to history enthusiasts, my research will be used to enhance a variety of visitor experiences and preserve Creswell Crags for future generations.

Culture Croydon

Working for Laura Crossley Consulting, I am currently providing research project support and evaluative research for events hosted by Culture Croydon.

This research centres on engaging with the public and learning about their experiences of cultural events and perceptions of Croydon, from long-time residents to first-time visitors.

I have conducted qualitative research for three weekend festivals, alongside data analysis and report writing.

Fin vs. History Podcast

Delving into my academic background, I have created briefing materials for episodes of Fin vs. History, one of the UK’s most popular comedy podcasts.

The briefs contain historical information formatted into an easy-to-follow structure used during the recording of the podcast.

So far, my research has been used for a number of episodes across a range of topics, such as the history of the CIA and the premierships of Harold Wilson and Ted Heath.

Thinks Insight and Strategy

I have worked on a number of Thinks Insight and Strategy’s projects, providing administrative and research support.

These jobs have invovled diverse tasks, including in-person notetaking at large scale deliberative events and remote focus groups, interview transcription for annual surveys, and data and sample cleaning.
